A History of Community Cookbooks

Join local history librarian, Chelsea Heisler, for a look at church & social club cookbooks. She will discuss their unique history, how they have evolved over time, & share some local examples from the library’s collection. Library assistant, Brenda Jones, will also share information on MDL’s own community cookbook project for Happy Camp 2023. Come ready to sample some historic Marshall recipes! Registration is required; space is limited.
