This may certify that according to the discipline of the Methodist Episcopal Church I have appointed Marinus A. Brown, Harvey Clark, Charles Olin, George F. White, R.W. Fish, Leonard Travers, and John Susk trustees known as the trustees in trust for the first Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church in Eckford, Calhoun County State of Michigan. Given under my hand this 16th day of March 1855.
