Practicing mindfulness can help you reap the benefits of the present moment! Join Jessica McCrumb of Otterdance Yoga for an hour & a half of practice. Wear comfortable clothes for gentle stretching, bring a journal, & a yoga mat if you have one.
Registration required; grades 2-5 welcome. Younger participants are welcome to attend, but must be accompanied by an adult. Older siblings may attend but may find the events too young. Please select between the two day/time slots available.
