Practicing mindfulness can help you reap the benefits of the present moment, allowing you a reminder to be present no matter what the rest of the week throws at you. Join Jessica McCrumb of Otterdance Yoga for an hour of practice. Wear comfortable clothes for gentle stretching, bring a journal, & a yoga mat if you have one. This program is similar to past Mindfulness Mondays, is intended only for age 18+, & requires registration.
