We the undersigned at the first meeting of the First Free Union Society of Tekonsha being appointed Inspectors according to law in that case made and provided do hereby certify that Campbell Waldo, Henry Phelps, David N Keyes, John Bushman, Edward J Denny Campbell G Waldo & Lewis Merrifield were elected to ____ as trustees for said society.

Done this the 14th day of March, eighteen hundred and fifty five.

Be it remembered that on this fifteenth day of March one thousand eight hundred + fifty five before me Henry Phelps a Justice of the Peace in and for said county of Calhoun, personally came the above named Isaac Rogers & C.W. Faurot, known to me to be the persons who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged the same to be their free act & deed.
