"Norton Wilcox Hoag, son of Lester P. and Myrtle (Bixby) Hoag, was born 6 Aug 1903 in Springport, Michigan and died 21 Jun 1958 in San Francisco, California. On 30 Dec 1924, in Seattle, Washington, he married Ruth Johnika Sandness. Norton served as an RM2 in the US Navy during World War I and is buried in Golden Gate National Cemetery, San Bruno, California. They had no children."
