To all whom it may concern, this certifies that the ___ the Rev. John Southworth was by an Ecclesiastical Council from Babtist [sic] Churches regularly _____ and solemnly ordained & set apart to the saved work of the Gospel Ministry and is duly authorized to administer ordinances & perform all other duties pertaining to the Gospel Ministry.
