This certifies that at a session of the Michigan Annual Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church, held in Monroe Michigan commencing Sept 3rd 1851, the following persons were Elected by Ballot as Trustees of the Wesleyan Seminary at Albion for the full term of three years, to wit: John Owen Wellington, H Collins, Arza C Robinson and Wm H Brockway. And John _ Collins was in like manner Elected to fill the vacancy occasioned by the Resig_ of Joseph French.
