To whom it may concern
This is to certify that according to the discipline rules & usages of the Methodist Episcopal Church I have appointed Powell Groover, Thomas E. Eslow, Nathan Eslow, Orin Ball, and Samuel L. Howard Trustees and they are hereby constituted a Board of Trustees in trust. Know as “The Trustees in trust for the first Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church in Homer Calhoun County State of Michigan according to the Statute made and provided for the organization of Trustees in certain cases.
